PharmSA Orientation

It is a one-night orientation event for the first year students.

Objectives of this oreintation is to share information regarding PharmSA and MyPSA (Malaysia Pharmacy Student Association)

​

Year 1 Batch Representative will be elected during this orientation.

Organized by Treasurer and Entreprenuer officer, to show our appreciation to all lecturers.

Total profit will contributed to the Society’s Developmental Fund.

PharmSA provided a variety of graduation bonquets, for you to celebrate your seniors' success and effort on this memorable day by showering them with gifts and flowers to show your appreciation.

Total profit will contributed to the Society’s Developmental Fund.

Batch events

Food Fiesta

Organizing Chairperson:

Year 1 Batch Rep

It is a fundraising event organized by the Year 1 Batch Representative and his/her batchmates (during the first semester of the course)

 

The profit raised will be shared between the Society and the Organizing Batch according to the profit sharing policy as stated in PharmSA Constitution Appendix II, 

​

  • ​In any circumstances, the remaining balance that is deduced and presented in the Post Event Financial Report shall be divided between the organizing Batch and the Society, where the total excess fund contributed to the Society shall not be less than 70%. 

Pharmacy Day

Organizing Chairperson:

Y2 Batch Rep

It is a one-day orientation event for the first year students organized by the Year 2 Batch Representative and his/her batchmates during the first semester of the course

 

Preparations should be done while they are in 1st year. 

​

The profit raised will be shared between the Society and the Organizing Batch according to the profit sharing policy as stated in PharmSA constitution Appendix II.

​

  1. In any circumstances, the remaining balance that is deduced and presented in the Post Event Financial Report is less than RM 500:

    • The fund shall be given to the organising Batch as class fund with 10% of the total excess fund contributed to the Society’s Developmental Fund.

  2. In any circumstances, the remaining balance that is deduced and presented in the Post Event Financial Report is equal or more than RM 500:

    • The fund shall be given to the organising Batch as class fund with 20% of the total excess fund contributed to the Society’s Developmental Fund.

Pharmacy Night

( May )

Year 3 Batch Rep

It is an annual dinner for the Faculty

 

Preparation started while they were still in the second semester of the second year. 

 

It is also a farewell party for Year 4 students.

 

The profit raised will be shared between the Society and the Organizing Batch according to the profit sharing policy as stated in PharmSA constitution Appendix II.

  1. In any circumstances, the remaining balance that is deduced and presented in the Post Event Financial Report is less than RM 500:

Blood donation drive

It is organized as a stand-alone event or in collaboration with the Public Health Campaign.

 

There is no specific timing as to when it should be held.
